We offer high quality guest room amenities and we trust that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days from your receipt of the merchandise. At your request, we will:
- Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
- Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (once the return items have been received)
- Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable
Return Procedure
If you would like to return merchandise (within 30 days of receipt) contact us for return authorization and simply ship the items (full cases only) along with the original packaging list to us.
